The Team

Drishti Gautam is a committed member of the Drishti Foundation team and a law student at the National Law University, Meghalaya, bringing academic rigour and legal insight to the organisation’s research and development work. As part of a 27-year-old institution dedicated to evidence based social transformation, Drishti actively supports legal research, policy analysis, and documentation related to environment, education, governance, and social justice initiatives.

Within the Foundation, Drishti Gautam contributes to drafting research notes, legal briefs, and compliance-related documentation, ensuring alignment with statutory frameworks and ethical standards. She also assists in studying environmental laws, public policy instruments, and rights-based approaches that strengthen program design and institutional accountability. Her academic exposure enables the team to integrate legal perspectives into development interventions, particularly in areas such as environmental protection, access to education, and community rights.
